The following two stories will each receive a prize together with an invitation to read a part of their submission at the Winners Evening at the Barbican Library on Wednesday 27th September. Both pieces will be published in the Writers-of-the-Year 2006 Anthology and submitted to a leading London literary agency for assessment.

BURSARIES

writers inc offers bursaries to winning students on the Creative Writing Courses at Middlesex University and the University of Glamorgan. In each case the winners are invited to attend the Winners Evening on Wednesday 27 September at the Barbican Library and asked to read an excerpt from their entry.
